At Patiyala Shop, we strive to ensure you love your ethnic wear; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 7-day return and exchange policy on all eligible items. Please ensure that all garments are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags and packaging to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Request
Log into your Patiyala Shop account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Return/Exchange' button next to the item you wish to send back.
Pack the Item
Securely place the garment in its original packaging along with the invoice and ensure all designer tags are still attached to the fabric.
Handover to Courier
A pickup will be scheduled within 24-48 hours; simply hand over the sealed package to our logistics partner and collect your pickup confirmation receipt.
Quality Check & Refund
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
